Teagan is a registered social worker who completed her Masters
level placement at the Ontario Veterinary College as part of the
in-hospital social work team, providing services to all areas of the
hospital including emergency and oncology departments.
In this role she provided ongoing consultation support for staff and
clients to assist with navigating difficult diagnoses, treatment
planning, and end-of-life decision making. She also provided grief
and bereavement counselling for clients following the loss of their
companion animals.
As a lifelong animal lover and pet parent, Teagan understands the unique bond we share with companion animals and brings a
wealth of personal experience to her work.
